1. The customer number (prepaid) has passed the grace period / has been terminated
2. Customers have never done self-reactivation before, self-reactivation can only be done 1x (one time only)
3. Customers need to prepare NIK (Nomor Induk Kependudukan) and KK (Family Card Number) to reactivate, the NIK and KK used during the reactivation process must be the same as the previously registered NIK and KK
4. Self-reactivation can only be done within a maximum of 30 days from the expiration of the grace period
