To reactivate a prepaid number that has passed the grace period (expired) please follow this step :
Prepaid reactivation through UMB *123*89#
Here are the steps:
1. Prepare the previously registered NIK (identity Card) and KK Number (Family Carrd)
2. Make a call to *123*89 #
3. Enter NIK
4. Enter KK Number
5. Customers will get an SMS from 4444 for more information regarding the status of the reactivation request
