Postpaid customers who are entering SIM card soft-block period will receive total points deletion, those points will be returned once the bill is already paid (within 3x24 hours). However, Postpaid customers who are paying the bill in hard-block period will not get their points returned even though the bill is already paid. To stay away from total points deletion, please pay the bill before the due date.
