What happens if I stop my postpaid contract?
For contractual base customers, there are several scenarios:
- Re-sign New Contract after the contract expiry- Earning points will follow the same rules of contractual based and previous points to carried on (if any)
- Stay in the existing package after contract expiry but non contractual - Current Points will be carried on, follow the postpaid regular earning points rules. Future monthly point’s allocation will be stopped.
- Move to the other postpaid package after the contract expiry - meaning stayed as postpaid customer but non contract – Current Points will be carried on, follow the postpaid regular earning points rules. Future monthly point’s allocation will be stopped.
- Migrate to Prepaid after the contract (with a note: these customers should be prepaid customers before she/he joined the contractual based) - Current Points will be carried on, follow the prepaid regular earning points rules. Future monthly point’s allocation will be stopped.
- Terminate (stop becoming IO customers) - Points to be expired and subscriber to be deleted from loyalty.
