If you do not have sufficient IMPoin to maintain your tier, you will be downgraded to a lower level from your current, depend on how many Points you have earned in the previous 12 months. Tier Level could also be downgraded if you didn’t earn any Points(no reload/no buying package/billing payment) in the last 90 days.
Expired points from Basic/Bonus Points will not downgrade the membership tier level.
