In order to upgrade the tier level, you need to accumulate Basic Points from reload (from any channel) or buy any package from any channel, traditional channel (outlet) & modern channels (myIM3, e-commerce & e-payment), as long as the payment is not using pulsa, with minimum of IDR10.000 to earn 100 Basic Points.
