Basic Points will expire at the end of each quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31), while Bonus Points could have shorter validity period.
Customer will receive a reminder notification on the mobile number to which Customer Loyalty account is registered. The reminder notification SMS will be sent latest one month before the end of the year in which Customer Loyalty Points are due to expire.
The message will advise the total number of points due to expire and the date of expiry.
Expired Bonus Points will be removed from the member’s account by the time it’s expired.
