What can be done by customer if the registration process fails, checking prepaid number information that is registered on customer’s NIK fails, or when releasing prepaid number from customer’s NIK fails?

Customer can try periodically. Customer can contact Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison customer service to get help (twitter @indosatcare) if customer has not succeeded in registering prepaid numbers, checking prepaid number information that is registered on the customer's NIK, or in releasing prepaid numbers from the customer's NIK.
