Based on “Peraturan Menteri Kominfo No. 12 Tahun 2016” along with the changes and “TAP BRTI No. 3/2018”, prepaid registration must be done using NIK and KK numbers that are validly validated at “Dukcapil” for Indonesian Prepaid customers. If the customer does not register, the Prepaid card cannot be used for all activities.
