Prepaid Customer Registration is a registration of identity that must be done by prospective customers and existing prepaid card customers whose data has not been validated ("Customer") using valid population identity data as recorded at the “Direktorat Jenderal Kependudukan & Pencatatan Sipil Kementerian Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia” (“Ditjen Dukcapil”). These customer registration requirements also apply to postpaid prospective customers.
