How do I request a complaint handling through Indira?

1. Submit complaints via Indira

You can submit your complaint and follow the steps provided by Indira. So that later you will be given a ticket number for the complaint report.

2. Check Report Status via Indira

If you have obtained a ticket number for the complaint report, you can check the status by selecting the "Service" menu, then proceed by selecting "Check Report Status". You can check the status of the report whether it is still in the process of handling or has finished handling.
