How do I delete the junk (Cache) file for the myIM3 application?

Like other operating systems, iOS or Android will also produce junk files which are commonly known as Caches. The longer it is used, the more junk files stored. Let’s consider the following steps:

iOS :

1. Open the "Settings" menu in IOS and then select the MyIM3 application
2. Then the user simply chooses "Clear History and Data Website"
3. By doing this step, the Cache and data from the myIM3 application will be clean again like before

Android:

Open the "Settings"menu on Android then select Apps or Application Manager

1. Select the myIM3 application icon and then select Storage
2. Then click Clear Cache to delete
3. By doing this step, the Cache and data from the myIM3 application will be clean again as before
