The requirement that you must complete when changing cards at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison outlets is to carry an original identity card (KTP / KITAS / Diplomatic Card). If the request for a change of card is represented, the conditions that must be completed are:

• Bringing an original identity card (KTP / KITAS / Diplomatic Card) of both parties (Party I and Party II).
• Bring a Power of Attorney signed on a stamp of Rp. 6,000.
