What are the Terms & Conditions for Balance Transfer service?

• Sender (who transfers credit) make sure to have a minimum credit of IDR 5,000 after transfer and deducting shipping costs.
• Ensure the status of the sending & receiving balance card is active
• Balance sent can add to the active period of the recipient, but does not reduce the active period of the sender.
• The active period of balance transfer will take the longest (not accumulative), with a maximum active period of 45 days (PREPAID only).
• In addition to getting an additional active period, the balance recipient will also receive an additional 30-day grace period (PREPAID Only).
