What is Balance Transfer service?

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Balance Transfer Service allows prepaid customers (IM3) and postpaid (Matrix Ooredoo Auto) to share credit to friends, family and the closest person who is out of credit. Apart from adding the main credit, this service can add to the active period of the recipient.

• The balance transfer feature can be enjoyed by customers with a card age or has been active for at least 181 days.
• With balance transfers, customers can share up to IDR 200,000 per day
