Voice Packages have different prices for registration and auto-renewal at each location. Customers are advised to access the *123# to find out the actual price at each location
Postpaid customers can register monthly voice packages only
If quota from voice packages were depleted, customer will be charged with retail tariff for next call if customer don’t register any voice packages
Voice packages usage is only applicable and usable in the territories of the Republic of Indonesia (not valid for international data usage/"Roaming") that covered by Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison service
Voice packages quota (to Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and to other operators) not apply for calling Call Center with 1500-XXX & 140-XX prefix. A specific tariff will be applied for calling the Call Center. Click here for more details
